Cupcakes!



 Last Friday I made these cupcakes because I was craving for something sweet!


Recipe:

1/4 cup of unsalted butter, at room temperature
3/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs, at room temperature
1 and 1/4 cups of flour
1 tsp baking powder
 A pinch of salt
1/2 cup milk, at room temperature
1/2 Tbsp vanilla extract


1. Preheat the oven at 176C
2. Beat the butter and sugar until well combined and fluffy
3. Add egg
4. Mix flour, salt, baking powder in separate bowl.
5. Stir milk and vanilla extract in seperate cup.
6. Add flour mixture and milk into the sugar  mixture alternatively , start and end with flour. 
7. Spoon the batter about 2/3 of the cupcake cup.
8. Bake for 20 minutes. 


For the icing, I'm using a recipe from the cupcake book I bought.
