Well.. A few weeks ago, i've made some golden balls.
And it was quite simple, just by looking at the pictures below....
You will need:
- Hard-boiled eggs
- Uncooked egg
- Flour
- Bread crumbs
- Mayonnaise
- Carrots for decoration
Coat the egg a few times with egg,flour and bread crumbs.
Mine, i did 7 layers of coating.
Then, deep fry them until they are golden brown.
